Coastal Home Rescue will work with you throughout the process. A Loan Modification is a permanent change in one or more of the terms of a loan, that allows the loan to be reinstated, and results in a payment that the home-owner can afford.

 

A short Refinance is when your current mortgage servicer agrees to accept less than the total amount you owe, as a complete payoff of the loan. Typically we help clients obtain a Hard Money loan to accomplish this, which can then be refinanced in 2-3 years, once your credit has improved.

 

A short sale is when a bank or mortgage lender agrees to discount a loan balance due to a home-owner’s economic hardship. The home-owner sells the property for less than the outstanding balance of the loan, and turns over the proceeds of the sale to the lender in full satisfaction of the debt.
